Paying for magazines i didn't sign up for

They pun it Magazines in my account that are worth R200 every month, I have never even received those magazines. It been a while more than six months just paying my installment and not checking my statement. When I email them, they apologized and canceled them and told me they will refund me. I then negotiated a six month refund to date I haven't received the refund.
