Pay back the money!!

DAMN USELESS GROUP THIS

Purchase has been made online in September but item was returned back to TFG due to the delivery address being incorrect. I was advised that my money would be returned and I could place my order again online. It is DECEMBER NOW STILL NO CASH….!!!

I spoke to a guy called Wesley and still no cash returned. Walked into your Ilanga mall branch and they could not assist me. Spoke to Bianca she logged a call RM282862 still no feedback or my cash..!! Spoke to Anastasia confirmed that no one did anything… in fact she was even more confused than the rest. even emailed *** & ***

Guys this is not rocket science you have returned your product. Can I just have my money back toe!! FOR ****S SAKE!!
