Pay Back My Money

Had an account with Sportscene, was unemployed for couple of years couldn’t pay for it and that resulted for it to be handed over. Got employed late in 2018 started paying my account, 2019 Aug/Sep I paid up my account. I was told I’ll receive a paid up latter in 24hrs, 2days later if not 3days later I went to Foschini to enquirer about not receiving the paid up letter. At Foschini I was that I have a balance of R800, I immediately paid that amount. Few days later I received the paid up letter and statements. These documents were showing the all the payments I made except the R800 I was told about @Foschini. Last transaction was the amount I paid @Sportscene when paying up the account. I tried querying this issue many times, I have all the slips emails. TFG been taking me from pillar to post about this whole query. A person who was supposed to assist me was Alicia or Lucia from TFG Capetown who ended up ignoring my emails. I want my money ASAP. Been quite about this for too long, it long overdue now!
