Pathetic & Worst Service

Worst service ever, TFG group forensic department blocks my account and after four times I can't get my account active. They block my account for suspicious transactions in Oct 2018. These were my purchases and they had no right to block my account. They took my monthly payments, why would I pay if it wasn't my purchases. I present my I'd to them and their forensic department tells me I failed authentication and that it is not me.
