PATHETIC TFG GROUP AND CITY LOGISTICS

So disappointed with the services that a person gets. City logistics services are bad. Waiting for a parcel that needs to be delivered within 3 days from Monday, but the Tfg customer online support can't do more then to email city logistic. I tried calling but they can't assist because they can't get my tracking number on their systems then I must call the TFG online support again because the courier company can't assist. Now there is a delay with the courier company but NO COMMUNICATION JUST TO LET ME KNOW. PATHETIC!!!!!!! I MUST CALL EVERYTIME TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON BECAUSE TO GET FEEDBACK FROM YOU IS SO VERY HARD TO DO. I NEED MY ORDER BEFORE 11H00 TODAY!!!!!

It is shocking to see how many people are complaining and they have a lot of chain stores and this is their services that they give? TFG group Please use a courier company that wants to work.

I will never order online again from them and will advice anyone that wants to order or open account with TFG to stay far away.
