Pathetic TFG Customer Service!!
I wish that there were minus ratings for TFG's pathetic customer care service!! I've been battling to sort out my mom's TFG account from August 2020. She settled her account, but was handed over to attorneys for debt collection, since there "bright" staff made an error on the account allocation! I've sent them a POA how many times in which my mom gives me permission to act on her behalf in sorting this account, but again this morning, when phoning them, they have nothing on file. I GIVE UP!!! PdP.
