Pathetic service TFG

Last week i app**** for an increase for my credit. A credit check was done Tfg denied it yet i received a message that a clothing enquiry was done and checked it was tfg . When i queried it they said that was not done. I checked my credit profile again and it low and behold it was removed. I was then told that the form completed was an old form and needed to completed an updated form which i then did. low and behold i receive an email stating that the form is outdated yet the 2nd form i completed tfg sent it to me . So what the heck is going on in your admin department.!
