PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TOTALSPORTS CARLTON CENTRE & TFG INSURANCE

<p>In Feruary 2017 I handed over my phone to Totalsports, Carlton Centre so that they could take it for repair with the insurance company repair shop that works with them.</p> <p>Since then i've made several visits to the Totalsports shop to make follow ups on when i'll get back my phone, but no one seems to know where the phone is. When they call the insurance company/repair shop they seem not to be able to trace the whereabouts of the phone, and always promise to call back but they never do!</p> <p>Now I'm not sure how to proceed, as my phone seems to have disappeared and nobody has any answer for me. 5 months gone and still no phone!!</p> <p> </p> <p>DISGUSTED CUSTOMER</p> <p> </p>
