Pathetic Service...

It is madness to make online account purchases and have to go in store to pay. This is what TFG puts me through every month, mind you it is the only institution I have to go into the store to make payments. I have tried several times to setup a debit order however it seems there is some incompetence to get this right. As I write this, I have sent through a debit order form again, lets just say I am not holding my breath.
