Pathetic service by tfg

I get calls from this head office everyday asking me to subscribe to all kinds of things but when i visited the store today i was informed my card was blocked as my contract expired what kind of ******* is this?! I've never been contractually employed now they want proof of employment how about notifying your customers instead of cold calling for subscription.
