Pathetic Service

Good Morning

My mother in law had ordered a mobile phone for myself via the bash app using her TFG account, on the 4th of February I received and SMS saying that the order has been processed and handed over to the courier company on the 5th around 8:45pm it then said the order was in transit, and then again on the 6th of February at around 12:45am it said again that it’s in transit, my device was supposed to have been delivered by 5pm yesterday 10th of February, and when I called yesterday morning I asked if there would be any problems because I had seen that M24Logistics is not reliable, I was made aware that the parcel will be delivered, I called again before 5pm yesterday and was told that it was escalated I called again before 6pm and got told that I could not be assisted and yet I was assisted twice previously, and then the agent was rude and telling me there is nothing that they can do it’s up to the courier company, and I mentioned that you'll are aware of how poor the service is from this courier company but you'll still use them, and then I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would contact me in 24hours, I asked for a number for the courier company and was told they do not have a number.

This is honestly unacceptable; bash is looking bad because of this courier company and then you'll still choose not to do anything about it.

I would Like feedback ASAP on my delivery, if I do not receive my order today then I will cancel it and request the funds be returned to my mother in laws account and then have her close her account and I will ensure this goes to the relevant high authorities because it’s clear that you'll are not willing to help at all.
