Pathetic service

<p>I want to complain about the people from accounting department. I was told to give them a call as i only get paid between the 1 to 7th of each month and they are charging me a lot more cause i don't get paid on the 1st. So i went to the stoor they said please phone accounts department. So i did and the idiot guy does not want to help me and tells me sorry mam its intrest. In the store they told me they charge me R100 extra on my account cause it wasn't paid on the first. R100 is not a lot but by charging that to every account cause not everyone get paid on the first is a ******* you are *****ing peoples money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
