Pathetic service
Since 2019 18th October till date after logging an insurance claim with TFG i have not received any phone whilst continuing paying for their useless insurance. They had the phone for almost two years, instead they've sent me from pillar to post without assisting. I wrote to their f... complaints division who never even bothered to respond. Ive never dealt with such a ****y company as Foschini
