Pathetic service

After making numerious calls and could not get the mens puffer jacket in size 2XL, i then ordered the jacket online, payments was done etc, i then received a mail that my order has been cancelled, i called around again and tried getting a jacket which i got from one of your branches. I then paid for the jacket and now u want to deliver another jacket, please just refund me as per the mail i received from you guys.
