Pathetic Service

Absolutely disgusted with Duesouth. They currently have a 50% off sale which ends today. Saw a Salomon shoe that i liked. Called the Eastrand branch who confirmed they had a size 9. I drove 45km only to find it was a mixed pair with a size 9 and 7 and they didn't have anymore. Called the head office who told me it was sold out everywhere, I asked for anyother black one for that price but nothing. This is Tfg who pride themselves as one of South Africas leading retailers aiming to satisfy customers needs. I clearly did not get that

Are there so many complaints that it takes over 24 hours for someone to make contact with me and resolve my complaint. These guys definitely don't care about customer satisfaction. Their mission says they are customer centric. Lol. What a joke.

Such poor customer satisfaction. It's no surprise that I had such a terrible experience at the Duesouth store considering that the upper management and head office clearly don't give a damn about their customers. Its been 2 days and my problem still hasn't been sorted. All i get is false promises. Their customer complaints department just ignores your emails. Worst experience ever. I will never shop at another Tfg store again. There's many retailers out there who know understand and always willing to go the extra mile to assist and satisfy their customers. Tfg clearly dont.
