CAN I PLEASE BE SEND VIA EMAIL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATING THAT I WILL CHARGED AN EXTRA 500.00 IF I HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER AND CAN I PLEASE HAVE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS VIA EMAIL IM TAKING THIS UP WITH OMBURDSMAN AND YOU LIE SAYING THAT YOU CALLED ME U DIDNT NOR SEND AN EMAIL AND DID I NOT HAVE AN INSUARANCE ON THE ACCOUNT
