Pathetic service

I am owing the account I made arrangements no one was willing to help me wen I made arrangements i complained again on Friday I was contacted by forschini group they still persisting that I should pay for lawyers which I did not hire I'm only Gona pay what I used on !y account and I repeat again if I find that u blacklisted me I'm Gona sue u I know my rights as a consumer I dnt ask for this account u send a letter inviting me and u kept increasing my credit limit without my concern so if my name is on credit bureau there will be hell u dealing with wrong customer this is the worst customer service and this girl was even speaking over me u need soft s****s wen I advice her I will take it up with consumer act she like no problem she dsnt have emphatise she even has a nerve of telling me I should contact the lawyers did I sign a contract with the lawyers they don't know customer service pathetic service at forschini I'm not letting this go if it takes me to post every day I will do it I cannot be paying for a debt that is not decreasing I won't
