PATHETIC SERVICE
TFG has has once again done it again… Last year I ****** by TFG adding all the charges they could possibly add…and wanted me to pay I waited over 4months for someone to call me regarding me account…. Eventually Gary from HO called and managed to credit the amount that was owed me to me… He then said to me I would just need to settle the account and I would be able to purchase again… On the 16 November 2021,this was a day later after speaking to Gary that my balance was R155.49, when I went to the store on the 16th to make the payment there was additional R2.19…this R2.19 was charged from Monday speaking to Gary to Tuesday when I settled my balance…I did not pay it after all it was the principle not the amount. On Friday 29th of July 2022 I walked into Total sports and was embarrassed at the till that my account was handed over…yet I was told by Gary that I would still be able to make purchases…
