Pathetic online shopping service.

Placed 2 orders for the same product on 2 different days. After the 3-5 day waiting period I called to find out what was happening and was told that due to load shedding orders have been delayed. Accepted that and waited. The order that was placed second arrived first and did not match the picture of the item online. Called them to find out why the first order isn't here and they said it takes 3-5 days after being handed to the courier company which is not stated anywhere on their website!!. Order arrives the next day and it is the wrong colour. Call them and the hung up on me. Absolutely pathetic service. People shop online for convenience and this is not convenient. No even customer service or answer.
