Pathetic Delivery Service TWICE
<p>I did some online shopping and opted for overnight express and yet I'm still without a parcel. When phoning all they can say is I'm sorry and I can give you a voucher. Not realising they create an expectation and it's not met! This is also the SECOND time I am encountering this with them. </p>
