Pathetic Customer Service
The customer service at the following contact is PHATHETIC!! Customer Services on ***. I made a call on 18 Jan'21, no resolution. I called in again on 19 Jan'21, twice. The second agent kept him argumentative with me. Two agents deleting profiles which never worked. The 3rd idiot to escalate. But telling me he can resolve the issue but would rather escalate it. What type of customer service is that!!!
