Pathetic customer service
A person I know made a payment arrangement with TFG after he fell behind behind with his payments. The agreed amount was deducted monthly yet they handed his account over to a collections company.
TFG service is pathetic. What was the point of the arrangement if they don't stick to their end. Now they are refusing to help and states that the collection company should be contacted. How is it customer service when you are not servicing your customers.
You took the agreed amount every month yet still hand over the person.
