Pathetic customer service
I made an online payment and those funds have not been allocated it shows as non payment on my account and i receive calls nd sms's to rectify my account and clearly this affecting my credit profile. The customer service and the accounts department are not assisting at all no response what so ever the service has been pathetic and i will certainly will be closing the account when my husband tried to follow up was met with attitude and again could not assist.
