Pathetic Customer Service

I bought a pair of pumps on the 3rd of June 2019 at the West Street branch. Wore them twice when I noticed that the shoe is opening. I went to Galleria mall yesterday and was told by the staff in Foschini that had to return the shoe at Donna Claire. I went to Donna Claire and was told that the manager only gets back on Tuesday. I'm so frustrated because I misplaced my receipt and wanted to exchange the shoe for something else due to the inferior quality and was not assisted. This is really pathetic service from TFG so I now have to go back to the branch where I made my purchase.
