Pathetic customer service
I’ve lodged a complaint about a white desk I bought @ Home Livingspace which has a 1 year warranty. The desk is of poor quality.
It chips and scratches. I’ve sent emails to customer service and till to date I response no feedback from the customer service. For such a big company I’m disappointed with the service.
With the amount of money I spent on that store I’m deeply disappointed
