Pathetic!
I placed an order online and sent your online team a mail asking to include a branded @ Home gift bag in the box. I was told that this is not possible and items cannot be packaged in gift bags. My request was never to have the items delivered in a gift bag but to include a branded gift bag in the box. Why is this so difficult to execute? Your Hellopeter reviews are shocking. You strive to dissatisfy your clients. A simple task like including a branded bag is impossible for your to fulfil.
