hi, i purchased items online, yesterday went to the Pavilion store to return items, i was told i cant return them at Foschini as their system doesn't accept it, yet on the invoice it clearly states you can return at any TFG store - highly annoyed as there is no exact store in Pavilion, i wanted a bag for the items i couldn't return was told i could not purchase one as i need to purchase an item is this how your treat customers highly annoyed!!!
