PAID UP LETTER - UPDATE CREDIT REPORT

I read all the bad reviews regarding TFG but I thought my case would be different , what is so difficult or what must one do just to receive a paid up letter and my credit profile be updated. Can i please be favoured with a response since you not responding to my email's and also your agent from VVM doesn't respond.
