Paid up letter request totally ignored!!
My husband has been requesting a paid up letter for his totalsports account that was paid up in April 2016 already, and he is getting no luck, This account was paid up but never taken off ITC. This is unacceptable as we need this letter in order for us to make an important purchase. We are not getting any Assistance.

21 Jun 2019, 15:57I dont want the letter to be sent to me, i want it to be sent to him because he has been requesting it all week and we need that letter urgently. This is exactly the same response i got when i sent an email to you people its like copy and paste. His reference number is ***3D
