Paid up letter refusal
Account fully paid,please give me a paid up letter PLEASE. I paid full amount of total sports through DMC,they are now refusing to give me a paid up letter and update the account on clear score

28 Dec 2021, 19:16This is the second review you've said this the first time but instead of addressing this issue you sent me reference number CS-549415 on email and you said the matter has been resolved,please note I'm not going to stop until you resolve this matter this is *****,I'm also going to open a case at the police station and report you also to the ombudsman ,I'm unable to get credit because of the account that is fully paid up....why are you not contacting DMC your partner in ***** instead of lying ...
