Paid up letter

It is a shame on how TFG can treat their customers. I recently found out that my account has been handed over to the company lawyers. Whilst I kept on receiving calls regarding my account. I made it my priority to pay it off. Once I manage to pay it all off I receive my paid up letter. I immediately sent it to the customer service and my issue was never resolved. This comes with so much sadness because my name has now been red flagged. This is holding my life hostage because I can’t do anything now even after I had paid it all off.
