Paid Up Account settled 3 months ago still reflect on ITC as default

My Markham account was handed over to MBD Attorneys. I settled the account end of August 2020.On the 17th of September 2020 I received my paid up letter that account has been settled and will update from their side and inform TFG. Today is the 3rd of December and my account is still reflecting a balance owed to Markham and as default payer. I called TFG today and confirmed that they unaware that account has been settled yet the last payment received was IN August from MBD. Consultant told me to call MBD as the account was handed over to them. I called MBD and they send well they send the last payment to TFG and account is settled as per my settlement letter I received. AGAIN!!! I called TFG and was told to send this letter to paralegal @tfg as there is nothing the TFG consultants can do.

I need my account to be cleared from ITC as this has been settled 3 months ago. Who is not doing their job here?
