app**** for account but been declined internal because of a previous account that according to law on Prescription (Act 68 of 1969). This account I had in 2013, and the account prescribed, My Credit record is clean allowing me to re-open an account again, but TFG decline me each time although I have other accounts. Is this allowed according to law?
