Outstanding Refund

I returned a pair of shoes on the 26th of December and was informed that the refund would be processed back to the bank card used for the original purchase. An approved refund receipt was issued to me on the same date as confirmation of this transaction.

To date, no refund has reflected in my bank account. This delay is unacceptable, as a reasonable amount of time has already passed since the refund was approved.

I request immediate confirmation of: • The status of the refund, and • The exact date the funds will reflect in my account.
