Outstanding Customer Service - Darren March

Very unpleasant telephonic experience with Archive N1 City. Reluctant to assist and identify and locate sneakers required - evidently a lack of product knowledge and store stock holding. Moreover, CUSTOMER SERVICE and nowhere close to the high level of service delivery by former Store Manager, Darren March. I enquired about his whereabouts and located him in Table Bay Mall. What a pleasure to deal with this gentleman. As always, he knows his stuff - without a SKU, just description - my query was resolved within minutes and he located the shoes at ARCHIVE N1 CITY, who in fact was too LAZY to assist, and said they didn't have what I was looking for, in the first place. I use to be a very regular shopper at Archive N1 City because of the high level of customer service delivery under Darren's leadership and I will now trek to Table Bay Mall from the Southern Suburbs because of him.
