Outstanding balance on layby

I did a layby from the fix in Kolonnade on the 14 September 2016 and it was out on the 29th same month. Then I did another layby this year from Forshini Wonderboom, which i paid also without any hassles. I was surprised when i wanted to do a layby last week from Forshini when they refused me by saying I owe R200. That was a shocker as I knew for a fact that I dont have any outstanding layby. I was sent to The Fix to enquire. Then the lady said I short paid them, I then asked how as I have my clothes and did not use cash but debit card. She then said I must go to Forshini as they are the one that made that mistake. I then went to Forshini, I was told the problem is with The fix not them. My challenge is that I'm being prevented from layby and now afraid that this might affect my credit profile. Please rectify this, unless I'm being banned from buying from any TFG group.
