Outdated systems and bad 'leadership'

It takes 3 days for your credit to be released back into your account after their order system fails you and when you phone into the call center, bash says they can't do anything and the Customer Services team leader tells you just to wait, without offering any further assistance. The service is terrible but they charge you a monthly fee to service you.

They just hold your credit for 3 days for no reason and don't care.
