Orders lost in store - TERRIBLE TREATMENT RECEIVED FROM MANAGERS

Two weeks ago I went to Foschini and Exact Canal Walk. They could not locate my orders in the store. Waited 2 hours with no assistance. Eventually I got the manager for both Foschini can Exact who took down my details and promised to call me once my order was found. To date I have not yet received feedback. I have paid for these orders. The manner in which both managers handled the situation was terrible. There was a customer screaming in Foschini because of the bad service with the cashier's standing and laughing at him. These are both expensive stores that a person spends alot of money on. The service received was poor. Staff needs proper training on customer care
