Ordered goods not delivered

I ordered items on the 25/6 and even paid for them but they were never delivered . I only received an email confirmation that they were delivered but I never received them . I took it upon myself to call them and they just tole me that they have logged a complaint for me and was promised that they will get back to me and it was 5/07/2019 but they never did . I even called them the next day and asked them what was going on still no clear answer . I called them again today and still no progress kanti kwenzakalani?
