Order returned bd service

I have experience so bad service for TFG.i order a week back pants shoes nd watches. They Ram transporter ****** and then all our good were ******. I ma waiting for almost 2 weeks for my credit to be updated on my account. I have been sending emails for a week and all the gents at support say the same thing. I need to order again and the delay from such a big company that can not assist or update their systems is. Problem
