<p>I've order two suitcases online because the store didn't had in stock. My order was placed and already paid for the order. After they cancelled one of my order but didn't contact me to find out if they can replace with a different color. This is very unprofessional how they operate. This will create that people will not use the online shop and I will never again use the online shop.</p>
