Order not received

I and an online order on the 1st of August and was expecting that the latest delivery date was gonna be yesterday but I have not received it, they encourage us to buy online and the delivery is gonna be 3 to 5 days yet the online service is not keeping their word, I made a call to the call centre where I was told it was handed over to the courier services and yet it hasnt reached me, and was told it will take 2 to 7 working days which is now contrary to what is written to your website, this is very demotivating because we are paying at the end of the day, it is not like we are getting this as a reward or gift but we are paying and expecting to receive our items in time.
