Order canceled by TFG

For Cyber Monday I purchased 2 Stormers supporters tops online at Totalsport. One for my son and one for me with the intent of us having the same top when it's game time. I made payment. I received my son's top but not mine. I went online to check why I haven't received my order and the status showed CANCELLED BY TFG. That left me a bit in shock as no one informed me about anything and I payed for the product already. I sent an email to the online team and the response was that some items ran out of stock and that I will be reimbursed within 5days. I told Tarryn D I'm not happy with this and I would like the product at the price I paid for it. I have had no further response from TFG regarding this. As a customer I don't feel valued at all.
