Order cancelation

Yesterday I made an online purchase using Bash app today I received an email stating that my order was canceled and I will be refunded without any valid reason alot of stores still have stock of the item so I know for sure it's not our of stock... I feel so wronged because if there was an error on their side they were suppose to give me the item since I already payed. I've already been refunded but I do not need the money I need the item that I paid for
