Opening an account - USELESS RESPONSE . Poor service.

Tfg has taken so long with my account application, I sent all my details through beginning of April already in regards to opening an account. I have phoned them once every single day only to be told the same thing over and over again which is my application is in the validations department... I will be sent an sms shortly. Every time they say they will take it to the manager and NOTHING has happened. Most other places tell u the very next day or even the same day whether you're approved or not.

I then even messaged the TFG group personally to which their response was there is no turnaround time... So u want to tell me I must wait almost a month and still have no news. Pathetic service!!!
