Opened product

I bought a L’Oreal lipstick via Bash. The product was delivered today. It looks like it has been opened and used before. There are streaks on the bottle to show evidence of scooping, and some residue from a removed seal on the mouth of the bottle. I know there’s a no return policy on such items, but how do you expect me to use something you don’t want to take back for the same reason I shouldn’t use it?
