Online TFG customers are not TFG customers

Good day On June 15th I went to pick up my pargo parcel at ermelo sportscene.

A staff member by the name Sthe told me I'm not a customer so he refused to pack my parcels in sportscene bags (it was about 7 parcels) . That's absolute nonsense because in all the times I've picked up parcels at various Markham and sportcenes in Pretoria, they didn't tell me what he's telling me. And this was after waiting about 20 minutes for him to figure out how the system works. When I asked what he meant I wasn't a customer, he then told me they were out of bags that's why I wasn't getting a bag for all those parcels. I asked him, didn't he first say I wasn't a customer and he denied it, thus then saying they were out of bags. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it and when I told him Pargo would have a record of who checked out my parcels, we would be able to trace it was him then he told me his name is Sthe. Also I wouldn't know his real name because he wasn't even wearing a name tag, together with his lady colleague who was at the till. No name tags! (I had to then carry those parcels without carry bags)

How do you resolve this, we ought to know if online customers are not tfg customers so we can bring our own carry bags in future.
