Online shopping from hell, totally regret it

i have been calling and doing follow up on my order P***. this order came in parts, which means some of the things i have received and the shoes which is convers all star unfortunately i have not received them. my worry is that this product was handed to the courier on the 23 nov 2020 but yet till to date i keep calling and no one can tell me exactly whats happening with it or were it is. Worse of it their call center staff is very rude and never helpful,I’m really not happy with this. can someone one please tell me whats happening or can i cancel this order and go buy somewhere else.
