Online services at TGF are a ****
Buying things online then next thing saying I did not pay for them when I paid. After making a phone call they give me multiple excuses from one consultant to the other and to top it up all of their consultants have a stinking attitude. They even went as far as sending the waybil number for my package then not deliver it. When I ask why then they made an excuse that it is damaged and they can’t replace it.

Or should I also attach the trace number so yiu can look in to it? If payment did not go trough why do I have a receipt of proof of purchase? If payment did not go trough why would you send me an sms with a waybil number with my parcel in transit??? Please do me a favor to anyone reading this never ever buy from tgf online groups becouse they will **** you.
