Online service suck

I wanted to pay my account online and had an online account however when i wanted to link my card it just doesnt budge. Call the online support and customer service. Worst. Experience ever, seem no one knows whats happening on the online service. Was advised alot of customers experience the problem. What is so disgusting, no security checks was done or even bother to open my account to see what might be the issue. So no track of the call can be found and give me the impression that customers are bothering them and instead of rendering a service.
